Since entering the housing industry in 2000, Kim has provided multiple services to homeowners to include: facilitating VHDA First-Time Homebuyer Education courses and providing HUD funded downpayment assistance loans. She has managed a program which allowed rehabilitated and re-sold foreclosed properties to qualified families.  After becoming a licensed mortgage originator in 2012, she joined CMS Mortgage Solutions Inc because their focus on educating their clients was among their main priority. She ensures her clients will become knowledgeable consumers who are comfortable with their mortgage decisions and find the lending process much easier.  

 

Kim and her husband live in Smithfield along with their English Mastiff.  She enjoys the quietness and slower pace of a rural small town where she is heavily nvolved with the county museum and the Smithfield Community Crime Prevention Team.
